There's Good & Bad... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2005 2 responses   Major train noise at 2:30am every night unless your windows face south and you are on the south side of complex. Senior management has added some new staff who are clueless. Accounting problems galore! They never let residents know about packages left by UPS, US Nail or Fedex. VERY HIGH energy bills. Must be the construction and/or energy rating of AC units. If you keep you AC at 75 degrees during the swarm months(March-November), average bills are $275 /mo!!! Rents are very high for quality of interior and complex amenties. Great, convenient location. Can't beat that component.
