Although the good does outweigh the bad, the bad annoyed us so much that we are moving. The maintenance staff is wonderful, the office staff is friendly, pool is great, and the landscaping is kept up. But, the water bill continues to rise...I have lived there for 2.5 years and it has gone up 500%!!!. The rent is too much for what you get and it increases by a significant amount each year. I would be staying if it weren't for the increasing rent and water bills.
FYI, do NOT live on the Washington side!!!

I'm not quite sure how much water was being used when the person above left the comment, but my water bill is always between $5-$13, never more. I've lived here about a year and really like it. I'm a heavy sleeper, so the train doesn't bother me, but honestly I don't even really hear it when I'm awake and I live on the "washington side." But the poster is right about the wonderful staff, maintence, and pools. Also, this place is so dog friendly with all of the courtyards and poopy-bag stations. Love it. Will be staying as long as I can.
