Archstone Memorial Heights

long time Archstone resident- short time "Memorial Heights" resident From: neonata Date posted: 11/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I have been in several other Archstone properties thought the states and have never been to a property this poorly managed and kept. Thought the maintenance staff is nice the office staff has poor communication and has had such for my whole two years of living here. Our trash compactor (that they make you pay a fee for upon move in) has been broken for over six months and it has smelled like sewer behind the pool for a good two months. I have lived in worse complexes but would not recommend this property to anyone. Especially for the amount of money you pay to live in this area, you can get MUCH better amenities. Thank goodness my lease is up at the beginning of the year.
