TRUST THIS REVIEW. THE ONLY POSITIVE ONES ARE PROBABLY FROM MGMT THEMSELVES. I sure wish I would've read what residents posted here before I signed my lease. When I first moved in, all seemed well. But, then, I realized there is NO parking. If you come home late, you WILL be parking by the dumpster. Just hope none of the people who have been robbing/assaulting people get to you before you get to your apartment. The people who live above me on the 3rd floor sound like elephants. I constantly have to bang my broom against the ceiling to make them stop whatever they are doing. The person below me plays music so loudly that it shakes my floor. Women- don't go to the workout room alone. The wierd guys will just sit there and stare at you. Oh- and did I mention the LOUD parties people have at the pool' And, management leaves at 5, so if you have a problem, you just have to call the police and hope someone shows up. There is no one to patrol the "parking lot" (if I should even call it that) or the grounds. I do not feel safe sometimes. The rent (almost $800 for a 1bdrm) is extremely too high for this. The people who live directly behind the pool on the 2nd floor (above the mailboxes) smoke weed with their patio door open. Real safe. Thanks for the buzz dopeheads!

I would like to comment that I have been to the weight room 3 times a week for the last 3 months I have lived here and not once have I seen 'weird guys' staring at anyone. It would seem to me that to avoid noise, you should go to the office and fill out a relocation application for a 3rd floor apartment to avoid the 'elephants' and the 'earthquakes.' Also, the fact that you felt you had to put "TRUST THIS REVIEW" and "THE ONLY POSITIVE ONES ARE PROBABLY FROM MGMT THEMSELVES," adds no credibility to your claims.
