I was leaving the apartment last weekend and there were these boys in the parking lot in house shoes playing football. They were hitting people's cars and garages with the ball. There are a lot of suspicious-looking people moving in that I know can't afford the amount of rent that I'm paying. The apartments were ok when I first moved in, but now they're not. There's no where to park sometimes and some of the people have really loud parties by the pool. There's no one to stop them because there is no security. The type of people living here, poor management, no security, and no parking make this place a waste of your money (and mine).

I've lived there since the place first opened about 7 years ago. It was nice, quiet and clean back then. Can't say the same now. I had to get a garage after someone broke into my car last year... my 9-year-old car. I will be moving in January into a house. I also wonder how some of the people living there now can afford the rent I pay. C'mon.

The rent is CHEAP. That's how people can afford to live there. I moved from the medical center where I paid $1150 for a 750 sq. ft. 1 bdrm. At Archstone, I pay $825 for a 932 sq. ft. apt! If you want to live somewhere with zoning laws, move to the damn suburbs!

The fact that they were wearing 'house shoes' and the comment about the 'suspicious-looking people moving in that I KNOW cannot afford the rent I am paying' sounds awful sterotypical. I guess we can't stop everyone from judging people based soley on appearances. I guess there is no more to comment
