I've always been impressed with this complex. This is now my second time living here. I was formally here a few years back but then had to move b/c of my job. I was happy to come back "home"
At the start of my lease, the office and I got the move in dates mixed up... b/c I was packed, ready to move, etc... the unit wasn't ready... the management took care of things promptly, without hesitation. This was a situation where they went above/beyond.
Apartments are known for constantly changing management. Here, I've known the manager to be here since the start of my first lease years back and a leasing agent who's been here years as well. I am comfortable in knowing that management won't change day to day and worry about the future here in my place.
