Well, basically, it's all true

I read the other comments and they're pretty much true - I just don't have a lot of animosity towards the place. The parking lots do flood with the rain. There's mud that's never been shoveled out of the parking spaces, and it gets REAL nasty when it rains. I too have had mushrooms growing out of my carpet due to a leak, but they came and fixed that pretty quickly. Now I have fungus growing on the wall in the bathroom, but it's not such a hassle that I wanna call management.
They did cut all the shade trees down, supposedly because the roots were causing foundation damage to other units. That's understandable, I suppose, though now I've got the evening sun in my windows. Management has changed hands 2 or 3 times in the 3 years I've been here (that I know of), and I've only dealt with rude people in there on a *few* occasions, but things seem to be okay right now. There was a mass car-break in over a year ago but I've not had any problems personally since (my car was broken into then). They did *finally* put in a new, brighter light out in the lot, but have no additional police patrol. You do have to watch out for the kids that roam around. Overall, it's decently priced for the area but if you are going to pay over $600/mo anyway, find a newer/nicer place.
