This place is a joke. I have lived here for 1 year and will move out ASAP once my lease is up. Management is bad and very uncooperative. Roaches and insects are everywhere. There are not enough insulation in the apartment, so my electric bills are high. The tiles in the kitchen sucks, it bubbles and leave sticky glue on the floor. If you have kids, there's no playground for them to play on. Many of the kids play in the parking lot. The manager lies and very unprofessional. The rent is constantly going up since I've moved in. For the price that you are paying, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I am also fedup with these apartments ,is there anyway we can get together and give a consumer complaint against the apartment managemnt and authorities?

I agree the office staff is horrible. I am also unhappy and moving as soon as my lease is up. We need to call owner.
