Armand Place

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/20/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I have lived at armand place for 2 years and have seen a change since the previous manager left. The roaches are getting worse. The new manager Liz is very rude and nicole never seems to have any answers. I will also be giving my 60 day notice after my lease is up. I have heard rent is going up and this place is no longer worth the prize!!! Management needs to get people in the office that know what they are doing. When you ask them how much rent is going up the manager Liz acts like your putting her out. Never having an answer. This place is a joke! sincerely, unhappy renter
