I had moved out of the apartment for 2 mths and I have not get my deposit yet. The office manager Liz kept telling me that "you're fine and you will get your check in the mail in a week..." but, guess what, I have not seen the check yet.
If you thinking about moving to Armand Apartment... Good luck!!!

Apts MUST return deposit w/i 30 days or the reason why it is not being returned to you or you can sue them for triple the amount.

You actually believed her when she said you'd get your deposit back? I wouldn't believe a word that comes out of her mouth. I don't think she would know the truth if it jumped up and bit her in the ass.
