When I first moved there the office staff was great, if I had a problem it was handle perfectly. The property manager was picky about who moved in and there was a problem tenat, she would not renew their lease. When Couurtney took over this property went down hill. The first time I brought a complaint to her, it was about dogs going to the restroom in front of my apartment. She told me that she was the only one who picked up dog mess, and that she did not see anyone else doing it. I don't have a dog so I shouldn't have to pick up after one. I asked her about my carpet in the apartment. Remember that I moved in this apartment in July of 2003. I asked her if I could get new carpet, she told that she would get back to me. A week went by and so I stop by to see what happened. Without moving from her desk, or pulling my file, she told me that my carpet was brand new when I moved in. I told her no that the tile in my kitchen eas new. Then she told me that my carpet was only 2 years old. I told her no that I have been in my apartment almost 3 years, so it could have not been new. Then she told me that my carpet was 3 years old, and I told no that would make my carpet new when I moved in and it wasn't. Then she got up from her desk and pulled my file. Courtney has no customer skills at all. This weekend while standing outside talking to my neighbor, Courtney pulled up the buidling next to mine, and got of her vehicle and began yelling at a grown man because he went through the exit gate. As the man began to explain what was going on, she yelled at himto shut his mouth and told him not give her any back talk when she talking to him. Is this any way to speak with anyone'> Yes, the man was wrong for going through the exit gate, but she should not spoke to him in that voice or that way. I found that was very disrespectful. There are times when I have to office three or four time before maintenace comes to apartment to fix something. Her excuse is because they only have one guy on duty. Stay far away from this property. I can't wait to move out. I would break my lease, but I won't give her that satification.

I have seen Courtney get loud and nasty with people many times over going the wrong way with the gates but since they spend most of the time not working I don't see the point...she needs to get loud and nasty with the horrible tenants she has allowed to move in here to bring this place down to the crap hole it is today.

Ever thought maybe people stay because its what they can afford?...thats the only reason I stayed as long as I did...Just because you have low income doesn't mean you have to put up with a complex like this...However since your one of the drug dealers it would probably be best for you to move so as to bring the place up a notch huh?..

Courtney is against anyone that is not her race! I literly sat in the office talking to her and she made horrible comments about black, hispanic, anyone that was not her kind..... oh wait a minute her own kind too she called someone white trailer trash as they was walking by the office outside! Courtney is very rude and ghetto. One time she followed a guy that went out the exit gate in her car, the guy stopped at his friend house and Courtney jumped out the car yelling at him, she followed him for blocks! all the way to his friend house. Also there is a lady that lives in 707-Townhouse that will stab you in the back, if you move next door to her or by her she will ask your mover guy who are they and why are they on the property, like she is a maneger or something. I also asked Courtney to fix my door one time because a snake came into my house, she did not fix my door, and the snakes kept comming in. Courtney is very rude she is the worst property manager I ever seen!

You are absolutely right on that man...Courtney was against anyone not white, now they brought in this new manager that treats everyone BUT the ------- american horribly...go figure...and I think the person you are referring to that harasses all the neighbors and is in all their business is that lady in a townhome on the corner by the parking lot and she is in 701 actually...I'm glad I don't live over there I've heard many of horror storeies about her and her family and I also hear this new manager is buddies with her...thats all we need a new manager that is buddy buddy with the biggest trouble makers on the property. If I lived back there by that family I would not only move but I'd RUN FAST AS I COULD from her...they say she even carries around a disposable camera taking pictures of people doing every day things so she can turn them into her "buddy" in the office. Flocks of a feather stick together is the saying right? It wouldn't be so bad if they gave a crap about those of us who have been here for years and years but they don't they are only concerned with getting new people in...screw the rest of us.
