This has got to be the worst managed property I have ever encountered. Yes the water situation was really bad, but just the general problems one might have, never get taken care of. We have been here for over a year and still can't get them to fix the light in the master bathroom. The day we moved in nothing had been cleaned or painted! They had notice of over a month to make it move-in ready! We were absolutely shocked to say the least. We can hear the people above us walking round, their television, phone ringing and their washer and disposal going. It took a certified letter to get the weeds behind and on the side of our apartment mowed. Weeds don't make a very beautiful setting to look at from your patio or any room. The washing machine had leaked, the dishwasher was spouting water from the overflow on the sink, the toilet in the guest bath is always stopping up, the stove's element light won't stay working, the large mirror in the guest bath is about to fall off of the wall(we duct taped it), we can't use the alarm because the wires in the windows are all rotted, a shutter has fallen off and still is sitting outside, there is a large crack in the siding right by it...oh there's more! But, the best of all is the apartment is about to slide off down into the creek. The soil has washed away from the foundation and there are hugh holes going way under it. There is an exposed water line that runs along the back of our apartment, along with tons of broken glass, rocks and trash. We told them this from day one and NOTHING has been done! We can't get the name of the Company that owns them either! We will keep you posted for further problems!
