Beware of Management Company From: E8179 Date posted: 6/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Hi, I don't live here, but I was about to sign a lease until an aparment locator told me about the company that owns them. MBS is the management company and they don't pay their bills. Feel free to search the Houston Chroncile, there are plenty of articles (and the San Antonio paper) about MBS not paying bills and residents having water and power shut off for a week!
