I have lived at Ashford Lakes for over 5 years and that is just not true!!! When it was managed by MBS at the beginning of the year there were some problems! Then new management has hired a security company, put in camera's as well as hired a courtesy officer to live on site. I live by the pool and have seen the security company on a daily basis. I suggest you pull police records to find out for yourself and don't listen to this very unhappy person maybe the former manager that was let go'
Notice most people on put bad things about every apartment community on this site They never tell the good so I had to respond !!!

Again, the "kids" should have been arrested instead of escorted off the property. First of all, the "kids" were almost 30 years old, hardly a "kid".
This is totally apartment management. I actually did pull apartment records, I suggest you do the same. You will be suprised, unfortuantely not pleasantly suprised.
As stated before, document everything and you can get out. FYI, security features not working......
