High Theft & Broken Facilities From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   The security gates were at one time secured, and watched. Now they are broken and left open for weeks. I have to agree on the theft as well; I lived here for 2 years and there were cars stolen, broken into and women assalted more than twice per month. Management denies responsibility for safety and disperses flyers saying to "be more careful and it won't happen." So I guess chain your car to the street at this place... I HAD A LEAK IN MY CEILING FROM THE ROOF, AND MAINTENANCE JUST SPRAY-PAINTED OVER THE HOLE!!!!!! BEWARE!
