Yo!

The past few years up until now...

Being that i have been a resident for multiple years, I think i may provide an accurate/unbiased description of this complex.

First of all being that i am a single parent raising a child, Safety is a major concern. When originally moving to Ashton, Safety was not really an issue. (seem to be alot of other families & children) I would say the grounds & location of the complex were decent for the price your paying. Of course there were maintenance issues here & there, as far as leaking pipes, uneven floors, thin walls, and mold.
But most of this may all be a result of the buildings being old and needing renovation. Even with the Live BATS circling the tennis courts & found inside your apt. trapped underneath the flooring of the staircase. All that i could deal with,
and notified the office of all issues so they can handle there business.

However this is where it starts to get worse....& intolerable!!...
break-ins, loud disturbances/fighting right outside of your door,
Blasting loud music all hours of the "WEEK" nights...
(c'mon i can understand if it was a weekend!!) etc. etc.
My problems began upon transferring from a one bedroom into a 2 bedroom.
First of all the office would change staff like most people change underwear and very unorganized. They didnt have the apartment cleaned when it came time to move.
They tell me this as my movers are waiting outside to move my stuff.
Then right after moving into the unit, my car was broken into, everything stolen and damaged up to 800$ in damages & loss... which im still paying for now!!

Ive been a good resident always paying everything on time and so on, but it appears that management does not care, nor wish to keep there residents happy, Apparently they will just let anyone move in and sell drugs...Furthermore with all that i have mentioned, the rents & water charges are going/gone up...How is that possible'!
How do you raise the cost of living when the quality is only lowering...

So the complex is under new management now but i don't see conditions improving...
I would love to be proven wrong though....My 60" day notice will be turned in.
