Down Hill Slide From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/21/2008 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2008   Well well, If I had known then what I know now I would not have signed a new lease. I am very dissapointed with the knew owners and most of all the new manager. Her like of people skills, like of knowledge of her inability to answer questions without making the residents upset just don't cut it with me. As the manager she is suppose to have the information in front of her or at least be able to get it but I think she is afraid to ask her supervisor because she dosen't want to be thougth of as dumb. She also will tell you straight up that she is not going to argue with you because really she doesn't have the answer. As far as the trees, some needed trimming and maybe some needed to go but to rape the place of almmost all the trees is a little much. I will give them one more month to get the manager on the right track then I will make another rating.
