Aspenridge apartments is a joke. I rather be living in the projects. Security gaurds walk around with sawed off shot guns, they are just as unsafe to our children as the criminals are. Undercover thugs is what they are. Management is very poor. Looks as though she is on drugs herself. You talk about bad plumbing and you can never get a thing fixed. Mold is all over the apartment. Sinks cave in, high water bills. And trash is all over the parking lots. People hang out all times of the night, shooting, drugs, and God forbid if you get up one morning and your car isn't in one piece from someone breaking into it. Oh and I won't began to get started on the murders that are constantly happening in the complex itself.This place just sucks. I could make a movie off of the things that go on here. My movie will be better than Menace to Society. Just put it like this I wouldn't advise anyone to live there because the conditions are just horrible.

If you feel this way, then why have you stayed living there for already 3 years? Is there nothing better in HOuston?

I haved lived here for 3 months now and i think its wonderful. When i have a maintenance request it gets done on a timely manner. I also believe that no matter where u live at there are going to be people hanging out becasue thats what people do. I also think that if you are out and about at three and four in the morning then you are obviously looking for trouble, and it will soon find you. If you handle your business and mind your own then everything should take care of itself.
