My husband and I have been living here for 2 months, and this is by far the worse place I have ever lived in. There are new owners and they are fixing the roof. But that does not mean a thing if you live in fear. If you like and enjoy these things move in, and if you don't please...look for some place to live. If you like...people hanging outside, cursing at each other, talking their businees on their cell phones for the whole world to hear (daily), if you like being woke up nightly or can't go to sleep for the screaming, fighting...if you like hearing a hand gun being fired right outside you bedroom window at least 2 times a week...if you don't mind maintenance that don't care, and managers that are just about the same...or children that run around shooting bb guns...if you like gangs, or you like being scared to sit on your porch. If you like living with roaches (not 1 or 2)...(I asked if someone could spray my apartment for roaches, and they said they don't have a company to do that right now) Then this is the place for you! If you are looking for clean grounds, nice pool, and a quiet area to raise your children, PLEASE LOOK SOME PLACE ELSE!! The Broadmoor is pretty descant, Arrowood Apts (are not bad)! But if I were you I would go to another part of town. The apartments are pretty clean, are reasonly priced, but so are alot of others.
