I have lived here for over a year and i have good things and bad things to say about this place. One is it is infested with cockroaches, when you complain about it, you are told that you are the one that probably brought the roaches, when in fact the day i moved in i opened the door and they fell on my head, they do NOT exterminated, The apartments have a HIGH mold content because of the flooding, the owner of this property litterally does the bare minimum that he can do, and checks with the laws to see if he is required to do it, if not,.,. he wont. He is very arrogant, and thinks himself better then you. The office staff lies. They lie about EVERYTHING. The lie right to your face. They act like they are doing YOU a FAVOR and YOU work for them. They are suppose to do criminal background checks when you arrive, but do not do them, yet charge you anyway. So where you once thought it was safe, you never know your nieghbor could be a child molester , ya just dont know. The kids are not aloud to play outside, and there is no playground. The staff shows favoritism to certian tenants, so where you will have a broken blind and will be handed a fine, or the radio in your car is to loud , you get a fine, where as the next guy's blinds are far worse and sits in the parkinglot @ night drinking beer playing music and making noises as woman walk by. did i mention the roaches' The staff barly speaks english, so please speak spanish when moving here. The laundry machines are always broken only u dont know until AFTER you washed your clothes the GOOD park is that it IS gaurded by a live gaurd, the pool is REALLY nice, the nieghbors are very friendly , the landscaping is very nice. It is dog friendly, so ANY breed any size is ok by them. It is a community that you can leave your door open and not have to worry about theft. All of the staff LIVES here, cheap labor, but if you get in good with the staff you can get a discount on your rent by helping maintaine the property (no english required) oh yeah... one more thing.. they seem to take FOREVER to return your security.

I completely agree with what this person is saying above I as well lived there for over a year they lie about everything I wouldn't even reccommned this place to my worse enemy it is disgusting the owner thinks he can say or do anything he is an arrogant guy. He acts like a child and all he will tell you is that he is a lawyer and this and that. He is just trying to rip people off for every cent they have. I also had a hug issue with roaches I had to bomb the place sereval times before I was able to move in. The owner will tell you they don't have a problem it must be you. The mold is a huge issue they try to secretly move people to diff apartments and say they clean the mold but all they do is put new carpet in and let someone else move in. I know people that are very ill due to the mold it is dagerously high... Its a horrible place to live....
