I MOVED TO THESE APARTMENTS 2MONTHS AGO AND LET ME JUST SAYYYYYYYY THESE ARE GREAT. I DON'T KNOW HOW SOMEONE WOULD EVER SAY ANYTHING BAD ABOUT THESE THEY KEEP THE AREA CLEAN THEY KEEP UP WITH ANYTHING GOING ON IN THE APARTMENTS AND INFORMS THE RESIDENTS IT IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO QUIET AND NEIGHBORS ARE VERY FRIENDLY THEY HELP WHEN POSSIBLE AND I LOVE THESE APTS I GIVE THEM 4 THUMBS UP GOOD JOB!!!! AND COMING FROM WHERE I CAME FROM THIS IS HEAVEN!MAINTENANCE COMES WHENEVER YOU CALL NOT 3DAYS LATER THEY COME THE SAME DAY AND THEY ARE VERY INTELLIGENT AND THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY. PARKING LOT COULD BE BETTER BUT THAT WAS ALL IN HOW THE PROPERTY WAS BUILT NOT THE COMPANY ITSELF. I RECOMMEND THAT IF YOU WANT PEACE AND A PLACE OF MIND THIS IS THE PLACE I SEARCHED AROUND FOR SO LONG WHEN THESE APARTMENTS CAME IN MY FACE I PASSED THEM RIGHT UP WITHOUT A SECOND GLANCE. GOD KNEW I NEEDED SOME PEACE AND SOME HAPPINESS MY FAMILY HAD ENDURED A BURGLARY AND LOTS OF NOISE SUCH AS GUNSHOTS ALL OF THIS IN OUR PREVIOUS APARTMENTS SO THIS WAS A BLESSING FROM GOD. PLEASE DO NOT LISTEN TO THE OTHER RESPOND AND I AM A TENANT MY APT IS LOCATED IN THE 400 BUILDING I AM NOT A MANAGER THESE APTS ARE SOOOOO QUIET. THEY DO NO HARM AND AS FAR AS MAINTANANCE PERFECT EXAMPLE MY TOILET WAS NOT WORKING FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS SO ONE DAY I WAS AT THE MAILBOX AND SAW THE MAINTANANCE MAN AND EXPLAINED MY PROBLEM WITHIN 30MINUTES HE WAS KNOCKING ON MY DOOR AND FIXED THE PROBLEM THEY ARE GREAT SO BEFORE YOU BELIEVE THAT JUNK PLEASE LISTEN TO ME!

Well, I guess that is why they found a body in the dumpster and over 100 lbs of weed in one of the apartments and they don't come and fix anything. Now, they act extremely concerned about your issue but that is it, acting. Just visit and walk up to some tenants and ask them the questions like, "do they fix your stuff" and see what kind of answers you get. Now they are painting white paint on the sidewalk as a precaution because the sidewalks are in such bad condition so that you will have a harder time filing a lawsuit againt them but whatever. The maintenace guys are nice but that is it, they don't fix anything. All you can say about the people is that they are nice but when you live in an apartment with no baseboards, roaches everywhere, old/worn carpet and substandard plumbing just to name a few concerns...niceness doesn't really count for much. The Health Dapartment should be shutting them down...I have given their phone number to everyone that has any kind of problem, let's bypass the people that just dont care and get help from the people that are paid to make them repair the issues. The only time you get timely repairs is when the people who receive housing are about to be inspected but that is only for those people on housing what about us that pay this $700 rent and water and let me not start on parking. I am considering breaking the lease, it is just that bad here...ask the police - they will verify that it is rough in Aston Brook Apartments.
