I can honestly say that I feel that the last review must've been written by Jeanette herself, or one of her manly looking daughters. I've lived here for a while now and I can say that when I moved in, my apartment wasn't even ready. The movers had to take my things back to storage, and I was charged for the attempted move-in. The manager Jeanette looks more as if her name is Johnny, Josh, or Jerome. I've spent these last couple of years trying to figure out if it's a man or woman. Whatever it is, it's a bird ... a ghetto bird. She's loud and unprofessional. The way that she acts and dresses is totally unprofessional. I swear, you'd think that you're at a live Drag show starring RuPaul.
The maintenance, okay, I can honestly say that there is no waiting problem, but the job is never done right. So, yes, it's fast. But does that matter when it's never done right'
Jeanette the manager has children that reside in the building as well. Her daughter, identifiable by her wide spread out nose, sits in the lobby all night with her friends bringing down the property value. And then there's another daughter, with the signature nose, that sits in the lobby as well and the waiting area on the 2nd floor making out with her atrocious boyfriend all day and night. Now, how can Jeanette manage the property when she/he can't even manage her/his children'
I will admit that the apartment itself is very nice. It's very spacious and the floor plans are to die for. Just don't look outside your window after 10pm. I swear, you'd be watching a live episode of Cops. Like I said before, the apartment itself is nice, but the manager is less than professional, and the surrounding area is like South Central, L.A. If they were to pick this building up, drop the manager manwoman thing out, and move it to a better side of town, I would recommend it.
