Atrium Braeswood

Okay, I am about to move out so I thought I would give my absolute honet opinion of the place by listing all the pros and cons of the property since the new management has taken over:

Pros:
-they are now putting on the AC in the building so its not very hot, (just very warm)
-the apartments are very spacious, huge kitchens, tall ceilings, nice new carpet, mirrors everywhere, free cable (TVMAX sucks but its free..)
-walls are quite thick so you dont hear your neighbors
-pretty quiet despite the amount of kids that live there

CONS!
-the building STINKS like trash and spoiled food
-the new management takes FOREVER to fix a problem and its still not done right
-the new management will tow a residents car if its parked in one of the 12 visitors spots
-they will also tow any cars with expired tags
-hookers walk up and down the street, the area is pretty hood, and people walk in the street despite oncoming traffic

But all in all, the place is pretty safe and nice despite the hood surroundings. There were no break ins or vandalisms or assaults or any crime in the 6 months that I lived here. The main security gaurd does not play, he takes his job VERY seriously and isnt scared of anybody...so if its safe for a 23 year old female like me, then anyone can live here.....
