actually a good place to live From: my_damn_diary@yahoo.com Date posted: 3/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   well, yeah, tha area is hood and there are alot of people always walking around outside but this place is very good and safe. I had no problems at all, and I am a single 25 year old female who lived by herself. the new management is going up on the price tho. but my place was pretty huge and had really nice high ceilings. Sometimes the building stinks and the management claims that they are going to pull up the old carpet in the hallways, but the place is very good. You get free cable (TVMAX) and the security gaurd is GREAT! He keeps a special eye on females living by themselves and NOBODY gets past him. I would renew my lease if it was closer to the medical center. only issues are that sometimes the elevators act up, but the problem is always fixed the same day. Thats the same thing with maintainance: they fix your problem the same day you report it; and i never really had any problems in my place. Ther management is very nice, and even provided a downstairs apartment to "hid out in" during the whole Rita fiasco. Overall, I would definetly recommend this palce.
