The atrium is the poorest place to live at this time under new management Henry S. Miller. It has have several homicides, latest 2005 (female)within in this complex. The new management staff "Henry S. Miller" is the poorest management we have had. They are very unprofessional, discourteous and abusive. They have left the tenants without water for appx. 3 complete days and water has been on and off for appx. 3 entire weeks. We consistently have no air. The latest during the Easter '06 weekend from Thursday and restored the next Monday. We had floods from back entry where maintenance took over 24 hours to drain. Some units are still without air. During our no wate usage tenants water bill increased. The Atrium is charging excessive monies for water usage $22 month. This is beyound the norm. The maintenance service is unacceptable it take them 3 - 4 weeks to repair and then service still is not properly serviced. Then you have to wait another 3 weeks to 2 months for service. The office personnel "Flo" and regional office manager Jennifer Owens of "HSM" is very discourteous to the tenants and consistenlty threaten tenants if they complain by asking them to terminate their lease(s). In this instance I been there over 11 years, just renovated my place entirely and was sent a non-renewal notice (with no explanation)due to my concerns of the services not being rendered. The office place derogatory in tenant's files (by sending customary letters to all) when it doesn't apply to certain individuals (this is unfair and not ethical or legal). Managment has no concerns about the living conditions of the tenants and its surroundings. The security has been cutback tremendously, the gate entry and back door is continuously open. There is constantly lottering in front of the bldg. and inside from the balcony area. The drainage from bathrooms are terrible the pipes are constantly loud and annoying management refuses to get professional plumbing service even when maintenance have attempted to fix the problem, still not resolved. The are is constantly loud noise new residents and disturbing the tenants. The building is not kept clean and not well maintaind. "HSM" has refused to maintain the property and does not compensate when we are without services that we are paying for (water/air/security). It is constantly violating state regulations and should be reported to the health department and anyo other entities for the safety of tenants. Current staff very unprofessional and has no moral ethics at all. They are degrading to the older tenants. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

ABOLUTELY POSTIVELY CORRECT, THERE PROPERTY HAS MANY CITY AND HEALTH VIOLATIONS.

I DEFINATELY AGREEE WITH THIS COMMENTS. MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAD NOT ETHICS AND MORALS WHATSOEVER.

I'm about to move in here... Can somebody please explain the bad ethics of the management, Flo has seemed nice but in kind of a strange way. Or is this just normal tenant/landlord fueding over trivial stuff?

Most tenants think that they can have there way. You manager is only as strong as his or her abilities as it relates to there supervisor. HSM was not a good company. Let that be the reason why the owners fired them. Now I want to introduce you to Sumar Realty. You will notice residents are a lot happier with this comppany, and by the way the owners requested that FLo continue to manage the property because she knows her job and is not afraid to tell it like it is. She is the reason why we now have air, water, and resident functions. You know those things that management does monthly for residentsa but because of there bitterness they don't attend.
