This place is downright horrible. It management is pathetic and its office staff is the same as well. The property is full of violent criminals with criminals backgrounds and the builiding is kept fealthy. The water bill is extremely high and the water is off anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks and during the week at a time with no notice and also without air, especially during the hot months. Me and other tenants have lived there for over 10 years and this has been the worst managment staff we ever had which is Henry S. Miller. So whoever does surveys for real estate residential rentail property, please report this property to the proper authorities. We just had a homicide which was aired on TV.
