Inexperienced management and cheap owners from 3rd world country who don't care about cleanliness of building (rats & roaches a big problem); nor about safety or comfort of residents. They illegally retaliate against residents if they complain about serious and valid issues. Owners feel that they are above the law.

Service is very poor, roaches and rats in hight rise that should tell you something. very dirty, and it stinks
