Renter Beware

We moved in April of 2001. It was our dream home. Everyone was so nice and it was very quiet and safe. Then suddenly the gates of hell opened...we have had a new manager every two months or so; just short enough not to get anything taken care of. There is a serious mold problem that has never been fixed. Our hot water heater is in less that good working condition, causing flood and fire. The windows have a 1/2 gap where the seals should be...sorry management cannot fix them because the seal size is no longer available. There is a gnat, spider, and ant problem, but don't expect there to be an exterminator anytime soon. Not to mention the lovely neighbors, both inside and out. Transexual prostitutes work in our parking lot and on our street. The visitors also sit out front playing loud music and loitering at odd hours of the night. And best of all, we have had male tenets that have harassed female tenents by actually knocking on there door for there phone number. I could go on, but I am as tired of complaining as you are probably tired of reading this. Our building just recently got bought, but I don't expect much change. I am moving out this next month. Word to the wise...don't move here. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
