Wow this place in a real dump. #1 problem - crime. The neighborhood is really rough, prostitutes run on Glenmont from rush hours until early morning. No joke. If I was ever bored in my apartment at night, it was almost more fun to watch hooker drama than tv. Its funny how the cops in the neighborhood drive by the hookers and keep going, but then again theres murder and rape on almost every corner in a 15 block radius. The building itself is old, decaying, and generally nasty. Parking is awful, the gate to the parking lot out back is coded with no remotes, which is a pain in the --- when its raining. My car got broken into twice, a good car alarm is a necessity. If you come home after 8, you'll have to park way out somewhere, and the only lit part of the whole lot is up near the back door, you will always be looking around walking from car to door, it'd be stupid not to! Office staff is highly unprofessional, lazy, and stupid. I think I saw a maintenence guy twice in the 6 agonizing months I lived there. Work was never done promptly or right. Air conditioner units in the apartments are extremely noisy, but it provides a relief from hearing all the gun shots, screaching tires, subwoofers, and yelling hookers you'll hear daily! I don't recommend this complex to anyone at all for any reason. Its really THAT bad!

nope, not the projects. The price is too high for it to be the projects! The people and property owners certainly act like it is the projects. The hookers (tranny and otherwise) seem to make Atrium their stroll. There is only one good complex in the neighborhood. Most of the people in the area do not have the good credit required to live in the one good complex in the area.
