The complex is on what i call the vortex, which isn't necessarily a bad place to be. The Vortex being the center of varying degrees. You have quick access to the Galleria area, Bellaire, and a predominantly latino area that could use redevelopment. The neighborhood element is a mixture of underserved but hardworking individuals with the occasional if rare criminal activity. The complex itself is secure, although the concierge is rarely on duty. Maintenance is a bit slow and I often fixed things myself rather than wait for maintenance unless the problem was big. The complex is very quiet for the most part and it is rare that there is any major disturbances. Management is cordial. Prices could be tweeked to adjust for maintenance issues.
