When I first moved in, the front office staff was coridal. Shortly, the front office staff changed and so did the customer services. Management staff needs to be retrained on how to manage and provide friendly customer service. Each time you present a problem to them, instead of them trying to solve the problem, they get offended and tell you their problems and you end with a problem unsolved. Security make rounds when they feel like it. Yes, vehicles were vandalized including mine. I have also had concerns with the type of people who have moved in who are very inconsiderate. You have loud neighbors, the walls are very thin and the price is not right. You are paying for the upkeep of the complex, but not for a comfortable and safe enviroment for your family.
