Ever since the apartments went under a new managment, i have had nothing but bad customer service. The staff are very rude and ignorent, i wanted to look at other floor plans and look at two bedroom apartments but since the lady that was there was in a hurry to go home, she didn't even bother to try to show us. She was helping another lady at first and it was like 4:50PM, and she told us we would need our license to show us the aprtments with the lady she was helping, my wife didn't have her license so she said she would be right back. When she came back we where in the buisness room, so we waited for the lady to be done with her customer to show us around. The lady left without her telling us that they where ready, and by the time they came back it was 5:10PM and we where ready to go but she said it was to late already and that the office is closed and that she had asked us when she didn't. So now i am just waiting for my lease to finish so i could move to another.
