Although it is located in the middle of the city, the apartments are located near a wooded lot, which kind of takes away the feeling of being in the city. The neighbors were nice, when I got to know them. There is plenty of room and the tall cielings make it look a lot bigger. I really liked the layout with all of the buildings located in close proximity to the pool. There is plenty of parking and garages are available. The only complaints that I would have is the bedrooms located on the outside wall of the apartment near the stairs have thin walls and you can hear everything. Also, the management is not very accomodating. The exercise facility is not kept up. Treadmill is rickety. Tiling also is poor quality and kitchen and bathroom tiles fall off. When we asked to have tile fixed maintenance didn't call, but let themselves in when we were out. Problem still unfixed.
