PROS: Great floorplans; very safe; monthly maid service; stackable washer/dryer in unit; 1 BR/Den floorplan has an extra room and two bathrooms; large balconies.
CONS: No way to get high-speed Internet access - this was very important to us, and we were told it was available when we moved in, but it is not! DSL service does not cover this area, and the complex has a long-term contract with a private cable company, so you cannot get Time Warner cable Internet. The cable is also a bad deal - some residents have satellite dishes, but not everyone wants satellite due to one-year contracts and very high prices.
OVERALL: A little overpriced, and our neighbor can be a little rude with playing music too loud, but the staff is attentive to those matters. It is a good deal, though, if you don't mind having dial-up Internet and very limited choices for cable t.v. High-speed access is essential to us, so, unfortunately, we will not be renewing our lease.
