It's okay, but some complaints

The complex is a little too expensive for what you get. Parking is decent, except for a few jerks who think it is okay to take up two spaces. The gates to get in the garage are almost always broken. Maintenance, when they actually respond, takes at least 2 times to fix something correctly. We had to ask about 30 times and it took about 2 to 3 months to get a non-emergency problem fixed. The apartments are decently nice. The walls are thick so you really can't hear your neighbors, except when they leave their dogs outside and have them barking all morning. The door to the patio almost never stays closed. The floorplans are nice. And unlike what the previous review says, you CAN get high speed internet.
Some of the residents are nice, but like at every complex there are a few people that ruin it for everyone. Someone keeps writing and scratching obscenities into the elevators, people leave their junk mail all over the counter near the mailboxes even though there is a trash can a foot away, and even at one point someone let their dog pee all over the elevator and the 4th floor and didn't bother to clean it up. The elevator smelled like dog pee for days, and no one did anything about it. There are 2 or 3 cars in the garage that have been sitting there with layers of dust on them that have not moved since we moved in.
Overall, I don't recommend this complex. It is not worth the high rent you pay.
