Managment is not helpful
Parking is a problem
Maintance is horrible, too busy remodeling other units to help current tenants
Price is high for bad service
Elevators constantly breaking
Trash isn't emptied reguarly and causes bad odors through complex
Wall are very thin, can easily hear low volumes next door
Outdated appliences
Stay away!!

I've only lived here a week, but I don't see how some of these things can be true. Seems someone had a crappy day.
