I'm trapped in a lease at this place and wish I could get out. The management is unfriendly and unhelpful. I had to move quickly and rented this apartment because it was available right away. I had to take an apartment which was not yet renovated and badly needs it. The fixtures are old, the electric bill is ridiculous (I assume because of shoddy insulation), the elevators usually stink, there are really no amenities, ect. ect. The only real thing the complex has going for it is location but there are plenty of other apartments in the area. Don't be rushed into the same mistake I made!
