Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
The apartments have plenty of space in living areas but little closet space. The upgraded apartments cost more but are nicer. I have read other reviews about the staff at this apt. and they are 100% incorrect. The manager Kim has an unpleasant way about her but will bend over backwards to help you. When I first moved in I rented an unupgraded unit and the washer/dryer combo did not work very well. After a couple of months I asked the maintenence man to look at it and they gave me a brand new one and a brand new dishwasher installed within days! Kim also went out of her way to help me with a new lease to an upgraded unit in mid-lease AND worked with me on payment options.
