The manager Kim, seems to take an instant like or dislike to residents from the get go. Of course, she doesn't let the resident know this until they are signed and moved in. It doesn't matter how you try to appease the heffer, paying on time, being curteous, etc. She may treat seniors a little better.

The Elevators: 30 years old, breaks continously, parts come from overseas so repairs take weeks.

The exterior looks rough. No other way to put it. It stays dirty all the time becuase it is all concerte and asphalt. The garage has years of built up oil and after about 6 weeks you will see this residue on your carpets. Dirty outside makes dirty inside. Sometimes they don't pay the service fee for garbage pick up and it piles up and stinks and is unsightly. I had company over one time and it was embarrassing.

Yes, the units have good floor plans and some have been totally renovated. Not enough. I now rent from an individual and will nto move back into an apartment becasue of my experience here.
