I have resided at Augusta Court since April 2008 and am very happy and content. The underground parking is convenient, safe and more than plentiful. The manager is very helpful, always fair to all, does a great job of ensuring that problems are repaired promptly and that the grounds are kept well maintained. The maintenance crew is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. There are no noisy neighbors or loud music - no exceptions to the rules! This truly is an exceptional community and far exceeds all others in the area or surrounding area. I expect to live here for a very very long time.
