When I signed my lease I was very happy and the office staff was great. I actually thought about calling in and commending the consultant that handled my paperwork because she was so helpful and nice BUT it changed. When I moved in- the apartment looked like the previous resident had moved out the day before. Repairs were not made, nothing was replaced and I was of course more than unhappy. I told the leasing office the very next day and was told it would be taken care of- that did not happen. Nothing in the apartment was even touched until I complained over 8 times and was in the office on the regular... I would suggest you thoroughly view your apartment before you move in and make them make the necessary changes before you settle in!
