PROS: Agusta at cityview grounds are well kept. The apartment bedrooms are spacious, living area is a bit small, but it did not bother me. I actually preferred it that way. Security patrolled on a regular basis.
CONS: While living there I had a problem with one noisy neighbor, vehicle theft, vandalism of another car and a third car broken into where the radio was taken. Night time lighting was not all that good.
