This is my first apartment. I really moved here beacause the rent was cheap, and it's close to my job. I HATE that my first day in this place roaches threw me housewarming party. They were in the bathroom,kitchen, living room. EVERYWHERE in the apt. I also noticed I did not get any new carpet; the carpet was still stained from prev. res. If you want to save money and live here, go ahead, but please by roach bombs before you move all your ---- in. The next apt. I move in, guess who's moving with me!!! Thanks Augusta for making this a WONDERFUL first apartment.
