Nasty Roach Infestation Apartments

Me & my husband moved their December 29,2007, and we put our written notice in on January 07,2008. I can not stay in these nasty roach apartments any longer. I have reported them to BBB( Better Business Bureau) , Akins Army and Houston Assc of Apartments (THE HOUSTON BAR FOUNDATION ). They told us if we break the lease it would be 1600 with a 30 day notice & 200 without a notice. I don't think so. I have attached pictures so everyone can see how Augusta At Cityview have roaches.
