These apartments are great and we don't have roaches. We have never been robbed. I live in a townhome and I do own a pet and has never had a problem with any of the staff. Everyone is very nice!!!!!!!!! I love it! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

Whatever, this is a manager. Yes ma'am the apartments do have roaches. And the place has been robbed severely times.

Yeah, anyone who says they have never had problems with management at this complex has not lived here long or is management posing as a resident. I like my apartment, however the management's customer sevice is very poor. They try to act like they are too busy to do anything and that its perfectly ok for them to forget about maitenance problems that you have reported several times for two or three months at a time on a regular basis. I've been here for a year and have not had any problems with roaches, but I have heard many horror stories from other residence about their bug problems.

This is a very bad place to live.The manger never likes to deal with the resident. Never likes to fix anything in the complex. We keep having sewer back ups in the buildings. The only reason why people move over here is because they give discount for preferred employers company's.

My daughter lives here and her apartment is really nice inside. She does not have any roaches at all, How I know? Is because I come over every other day and fix her dinner. I lived in the milano apartments on westheimer and saw some guys breakin in a apt. so you tell me where theres not crime?

I don't know much about the complex but I do know that. The model they showed me was very nice. I'll be movin in on the first of December 2008.
