A very Cool place to live

Avalon is a well managed, choicely located, apartment complex with an interesting assortment of residents. The security is very adequate, parking is underbuilding (flooding is a sometime problem), and the Apartments have unique floorplans and are spacious.
I made some very good friends during the 12 months I spent there and recommend it as a very cool place to live...
