Avalon Square Apartments

Management UGH! From: firenginered@hotmail.com Date posted: 1/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   It's true that this is a cute little apartment to live in, but it's old, and something is always breaking. It took us 4 days to get a working shower. Plus, they have some very rude office people. Overall, it's been okay living there, but be careful when you renew, the price goes up. And up. Live there for a year- it's in a great spot. But then move out to greener pastures.
