I lived there for 3 years and really liked it. You can't beat the location, parking was never an issue...except when the garage flooded, and the staff was always nice to me. People on this site ----- and moan about WAY too much. Some may be justified, but people use it to vent their frustrations even though...OMG, it does say in my lease I have to have 60 days notice to vacate... whatever.

Positives: Price, location, clientele (mix between young professionals and older adults), security, parking, maintenance.

Negatives: Not have a w/d in apt., the garage flooding (it was actually scary during Allison...must have been at least 8 feet of water), stupid drunk straight people cutting across the property from Taco Milagro.
