i lived in this complex for 3 years ..the first year was fine...then they decided to change the managment....i swear karen and david were found at a jail release program...lets see my car was broken into and had been attempted to be stolen inside the "secure" parking garage ....then they both were flooded out in a rain storm one was totaled and the other cost me $3000 to fix ....after all the cars were flooded they posted signs to move your cars it may flood...every month articles of my clothing would be stolen from the washer/dryer in the laundry room when only maint. staff was around...then david in the front office informed me a package from ups had been left outside and i should take it and call and say i never got it to the company....not very classy....about 2 months later a pkg he signed for the day before dissapeared...humm i wonder who took it....after i started to complain to the corparate people they were written up ....i told corp and the office they were no longer allowed in my apartment without me being present...the next day they entered my apartment without me there to do something that they were told to do 5 months prior and only after corp was involved...this was the last straw and i moved out mid lease since my rights had been violated and they had broken the lease by doing so....i was called at work and on my cell with threats from karen that she would destroy me and my credit ...corp then refused all calls from me ...30 days later i was contacted by a collection agency wanting more than what my rent would have been had i just paid it for the 3 months that i moved out on...like double ...i dont know how thay came up with that number....i told the collection agency the story when they called and told them they were sold a debt that they new they could not collect on based on them breaking the lease first ...they were not happy and i never heard another word....so if you think about living there ....dont!!!
