Avalon Square Apartments

Safety and Quiet are Important Prerequisites From: AvalonSquareRenter Date posted: 10/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   ...to wherever we live. I have read these reviews and feel sorry for the people who evidently had bad experiences, but we have not. I have found management to be responsive to our needs. I also must say that our maintenance man goes above and beyond what is called for. He has done that for us several times. I also have to say that we have made some good friends while here. In short, Avalon Square is in a great location, management DOES pay attention to you, receiving packages has NEVER been a problem, maintenance requests are honored, and I have never heard of anyone being accosted or otherwise suffering from a criminal act while living here. I would check it out for myself and then decide if it would serve your purpose.
